We are inveterate travellers. After retiring in 1993 we moved to Runaway Bay and since that time we have travelled even more extensively both overseas and throughout Australia.

The second trip we booked after moving to the coast was with Roslyn Pilcher and Margaret Lawrence at the then Traveland Runaway Bay office. We have booked with no-one else since as we found Traveland as it then was, and Travelworld as it now is, to be ideally suited to our needs.

Margaret Lawrence has handled our bookings in a very professional and competent manner. We enjoy dealing with her as she has a pleasant personality and a great knowledge of her profession.

Our trips are generally quite complicated and may include one or more tours, many flights, a cruise, rental cars, rail passes and rail bookings, and accommodation. On several occasions tours have been cancelled at the last minute, and she has worked overtime to find suitable alternatives.

Margaret has also contacted us in various places around the world to notify us of changes that have occurred to our arrangements after our departure from Australia.

We are more than satisfied with the service we have received from Margaret, and with her courteous and professional manner.

We highly recommend Margaret Lawrence and Travelworld Runaway Bay to all travellers.
